About us

Peninsula Pilates Co was created from both passion and purpose


Pilates has long been a cornerstone of my own wellbeing, and noticing a gap for reformer Pilates and flexible class times, I decided to stop wishing for change and create it - turning that passion into something meaningful for our community. 


The studio is a calm, light and private space offering thoughtfully programmed classes. Reformer Pilates combines controlled movement with spring based resistance on a specialised pilates machine (reformer). The adjustable springs allow each exercise to be supportive or challenging, creating a balanced workout designed to help you build strength, improve posture and enhance movement.

9:00am - Reformer Restore  Ideal for those managing chronic pain like fibromyalgia, arthritis, or seeking a softer approach. Slower transitions, lighter resistance and extended stretch work.
